Very quick service to and from the airport
Ease of use and friendly staff.
They are right there to pick you up. They drive me right to the terminal. When I return they are usually there in 15 min.
It was easy parking there. The only recommendation I have is the drivers need to know more about which airline is flying out of which terminal. I was given the wrong terminal and had to switch and it took me longer to get to the correct terminal.

We arrived parked with no Problem, went down to the shuttle and to the Airport Our Driver Mario was Excellent. When We returned, Mario was our driver again, He got Us back to the Lot

I have been a long time user of the Parking Spot at KCI and appreciate being able to leave my car in a safe and secure lot. It is so easy to get off the plane and find a PS shuttle to take me back at the end of the trip.
Overall experience really made going out of LAX less stressful.

I was bringing a wheelchair for my injured ankle. The two drivers I had coming and going were very helpful in putting the wheelchair onto and off of the bus. The driver on my return trip when I arrived at The Parking Lot around 5 AM was particularly polite, kind and helpful to me. I'm sorry I did not get his name.
