I've always raved about this service. This last time, however, the open lot people were dropped off first. I think if I pay more than them, I should get dropped off first.

Shuttle service to airport terminal. Driver assisting us with our luggage. If a driver doesn't provide us with help we don't tip. Those that do, we tip.
We liked covered parking option, that you offer AAA discount, and as an enrolled member of PS we accumulate points toward a free day of parking.
The professionalism of the workers was incredible. The service was incredible. The only thing I would have to say negative about the parking spot in Nashville was the bathroom facility was very unkept.
