My last flight I had to leave a day extra but the app would not let me change my reservation or accept a new one, so at the gate, the gent wrote a not for me to use when I returned from ATL back to DFE. When I approached the gate to check out, it would not accept my code , a young lady (Jennifer) who was an employee at the DFW Premium lot, got out her vehicle and check my ticket and completed my transaction so I could proceed about my day. She explained to me that she was off but would help me with my transaction. This is the care and service that I have become to enjoy from using the Parking Spot Premium lot. Everything went perfectly. Easy parking and pickup and drop off at the terminal. When returning from our trip the shuttle was waiting and completed the cycle.
All hours a crew member there to get you to the airport. Pick up on arrival and gathering bags at the airport is often less than 10 min wait.
The bus crew helps a lot moving bags from the bus and on.

From arrival to transport to and from ewr, I highly recommend The Parking Spot, Haynesfor all parking for Newark Airport.
It was easy to arrange for parking in the app. The place has covered parking, and the shuttle picks you up at the space where you park. The shuttle then delivers you to the airport with ease. When you return, the shuttle pick-up spot is easy to access, and the driver delivers you to your car.

Simple online reservations, easy payment options, shuttle drivers seem to always be nearby when I park, so I don't wait...like, at all!
Pickup for return to STL is just as efficient. One opportunity I'd suggest is for more drivers to post their QR codes in shuttle as this makes it easy to tip them. I often, do not carry cash so the QR code comes in very handy.
Pick up is prompt. Rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes
