We appreciate that, as soon as we have arrived and parked, the van driver picks us up and brings us to the airport - and gives us a card with our parking spot location written on it, so we aren't hunting when we return if we have forgotten to record the location ourselves. The van arrives fairly soon after our return flight, as well. The drivers are pleasant and very helpful with luggage. The Parking Spot is easy to get to and a short ride to the airport. We had a bad experience at a lot in Boston, where you leave your keys and they move the car - returned to find the car damaged and covered in mud - so we particularly appreciate the Parking Spot.
