I not only love the convenience of using QR codes for entering and exiting, I am so appreciative of the drivers who take us to the airport and pick us up. Far too often I'm exhausted from travel and long flights back home that having a pleasant and excellent driver taking me to my car is a welcome event. Thank you.

We've been using The Parking Spot for more than a decade and find their service to be quick and the price is fair.

Pick up and drop off at your car by shuttle. Never a long wait and shuttle drivers are always helpful and professional.

Pro: Most of The Parking Spot employees are nice and helpful. Most of the time, there is very little wait for the shuttle.

Con: My last two visits, however, the shuttle driver left as I was exiting my vehicle. Have no idea who the driver is, but thought it should be noted. On both occasions it was obvious the driver was waiting for me and then left. While another shuttle showed up shortly after, it was obvious that I (1st time) and another customer (2nd time) were left without any comment from the driver.

The only other thing I will mention is that the parking spaces can be quite tight space-wise. I understand that the land is expensive and the Denver South location is land locked with all of the housing going up, my black vehicle has gained white marks from the time spent in the parking lot. Not sure what can be done other than maybe some kind of signage reminding customers to be cognicant of their car doors. Thanks for listening on the last point as this is something I have meant to bring up for quite a bit.

The last 2 times I left and paid at the Kiosk, I had problems. The time before last, It gets to processing the card and it is locked on "Processing" And stays here until I call someone.
This past time, the attendant says all I have to do is hit the green button. The time before this, myself and 2 others cars had to back up and go to the next lane. If hitting the green button is all that is required, you should post this on the machine. It always happens late at night as well.

Louis was a very good driver and easy conversation. We just so happen to be his only passengers and was quite kind. The Parking Spot is easily identifiable by their yellow and black spotted buses. Service was great, very competitive rates for parking, we used the covered parking, and easy to get to. Thank you Parking Spot.

Indoor parking

Fast and responsive shuttle service. I also had an issue with my flight and had to come back in the morning. The staff quickly accommodated the request to renter the next day.

Easy to make reservations on line, but the prices change daily and I don't understand it.

I liked valet service because I didn't have to worry about parking my car, and it was waiting for me when I got back. I liked the discounts.
