Drivers are very kind and customer friendly. They are helpful with luggage. Also, they try to accommodate all passengers even during busy times. Often the facility is crowded. The drivers show you to a spot to park.
The drivers are always very courteous and the services are prompt. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle to get to the airport or to get back to The Parking Spot. When I arrive back from my trip, my car is always waiting and ready for me. It removes a big hassle out of traveling. Its much easier and convenient that utilizing the airport parking.

Easy check in and out
We like how easy it is to book ahead of time and get a better price. Then, scanning the QR code and being directed exactly where to park makes it so easy. Also, a shuttle being there right away takes the stress away from having to wait and the fear of being late to check in.
Friendly staff on pickups. It was crowded with other service providers at the yellow signs. Maybe also have a line structure as people could cut ahead, even though shudders are pretty constant. That happened on arrival of flight after baggage claim.
It is a quick and stress free way to be dropped off at the airport. The drivers are really friendly and would highly recommend. I always use the Parking Spot when flying out of Buffalo.

Fix the bugs in the app. I can't trust the app because it does not confirm for me that I have a shuttle coming nor does it give accurate information. Other than that, I am satisfied overall with the convenience.
