The drivers are always very pleasant and helpful with the luggage. We've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be picked up either at the parking lot or the airport.

We have been parking here for 20+ years, so really don't look at anywhere else. Service was a bit bumpy during the changeover from USA to Parking spot, but looks like things are getting better.

Nice drivers and they handle all your luggage. Have never had to wait for the shuttle to the airport as they pick you right up at your car and little to no wait for a shuttle going back to the Spot. They will drop you back right at your car.
Your drivers are super friendly, the process is convenient, and I feel like it's a good bang for my buck!

Didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle.
Service was Great! First time leaving my car parked at a lot, and i would do it again! They loaded our luggage onto the shuttle right from our car, and we were off to the airport within minutes of arriving at the parking spot! Then the shuttle arrived within 2 minutes of arriving at the waiting spot at the airport, car was warmed up and ready to go when we arrived back at the lot. We were on the road within minutes after arriving back at our car!
