Convenient to use app, easy to get in and out, and the drivers are very friendly
One improvement would be for international flights. On 2 separate occasions, I’ve had to wait between 15 and 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. There are no dedicated International terminal shuttles, so several shuttles will pass you by because they are only picking up passengers for domestic flights.
