I like the ease in which you make your reservation, the clarity to your parking location. The pickup service right at your parking location along with the short ride to the departure area of the airport. Upon arrival back from my trip late at night, I had virtually no wait time before a bus was at the airport to pick myself and a few others up. The drop off at your vehicle is also very welcoming. I will be using the service again not only here in KC but other locations as I travel to many states for work.

I am familiar with it since I've been parking there for 20 years when I travel. The shuttle is great and your employees are great. My only suggestion is to keep the ladies bathroom furnished with toilet paper and keep it cleaner.

Very friendly staff, everything was great from parking the car and being picked up right where we parked. To getting dropped off at the airport. On the way back shuttle was there and ready to bring us back to our car in minutes. Would definitely use The Parking Spot Haynes again
