Very convenient. Just park and there's always a shuttle waiting to take you to your airline terminal. Getting back from your trip as well, its easy to spot a "parking spot" shuttle from afar because of the yellow and black spots. I will always use this service and recommend to family and friends.

Love everything about the SPOT! Only thing I’d change is a designated area for oversized vehicles….TX and the BIG trucks can cause difficulties for two lane traffic throughout the parking area. Also difficulty getting in/out of your own vehicle if one parks beside you.

Service is good. I got shuttle in short time after came out of airport but, other people waiting told that they waited for 30-40 minutes to be picked up on August 5th early morning flight. That is not acceptable, if that is trend especially for night flights. Please check to make sure. Thanks.

I have enjoyed using the Parking Spot over the past several years. It is close to the airport and the covered parking keeps my vehicle looking nice when I return to pick it up. The wait is never more than a few minutes on the drivers have always been very friendly and helped me with my luggage.
Very easy to book on-line, minimal wait for a shuttle and pick up from airport was quick.
Feel confident to leave my vehicle there while away and it will be safe. But on return flight park n fly shuttles were few and wait time over 15 mins

Like that drivers are always easily available both at the lot and airport. However, this trip when I selected the app for directions it took me to a location actually at the airport. I am new in town and did not realize it until it was too late. I had to enter the actual address into my Waze from a restricted parking area where I had police asking me to leave. It was very stressful. Not sure why that happened.

The staff from point of entry to the drivers were all very friendly and helpful. This was my first time using the service and I would give it a 10/10. The service was exceptional with a smile and you can really tell that everyone enjoys their job.
