It's actually ridiculous how much better quality of service you guys provide vs. your competition. Primarily I am referencing the Airport's own lots. The actual regular availability of shuttles, the in/out process, your staff being helpful and polite, the facilities, etc.

Making a reservation is easy, and both drop-off and pickup are handled efficiently. I also appreciate knowing that my vehicle is parked in a safe, well-managed location while I’m away. Option for larger covered parking spots like the ones offered at IAH would be awesome. We had difficulty figuring out where the exit was after picking up our vehicle...illuminated EXIT signage would be helpful.

The driver that took be from the airport to my car was great. The driver that picked me up and took me to the terminal was awful, she never got out of her seat, made everyone load and unload their own bags. She was very rude and yelled at me to speak up because she couldn’t hear from her seat. She should be fired. I have never had such an incident with this company ever.
