Location, timeliness of buses, courtesy and helpfulness of drivers and kiosk staff that i encountered this trip. A year or so ago when I was traveling heavily I always tried to use Spot 2, not that the other locations weren't okay but I developed a preference for Spot 2 and will continue, based on recent experiences, to choose them as often as possible.
