When I got off plane tried to call the number provided but no answer,but I had chosen valet parking and car was up front ready for me anyways! Great job !!

Easy to use and this time there was helpful staff at the gate when I checked in and out. It was after midnight when I was leaving the lot and the attendant actually offered me a bottle of water. Much appreciated.

I like that you can pay ahead for a cheaper price. I would never pay the regular price at the gate. Van drivers were nice and polite.

Parking on airport is risky in that the departing terminal is not necessarily the terminal you will arrive at when you return.

It is a very easy process to get in and park. The bus transportation has never taken more then 2 minutes to show up to pick us up. You don't have to walk to a specific spot for pick up, just stand at your car. They also help you put your luggage into the bus. They are all very nice.

We recently booked 3/28 to 3/31. When we went to park, the clerk at the gate said we were in Basic. I did not know what that meant. She told us where to park, had trouble finding basic and where we told for pickup. After about half and hour went back to the gate because nobody picked us up and she told us again where to park. We did not know you made these changes,so used to park on a designed row for pickup. When we returned, I asked the driver about the change. he said basic you park anywhere in basic and drag your luggage to the lighten cover and put your own luggage on the van. We are seniors and sometimes our luggage is to heavy for us to lift. Does that mean we need to park in standard the old way? and with standard can we park in the handicap area, we have a card? Thanks. We had no prior notification of the changes
