Close to the airport, easy, and convenient.

Easy to get to and from the East road from Waco, park here and avoid high fees at the airport, nice to have covered parking and fresh water when we get back.

The lot greeting when you check in is great. Pick up and drop off is always on time. Chris Cox is a great General Manager and very personable, willing to listen to both good and bad feedback and provide a great customer resource.

The only problem that I had was with the website parking site. It was not working correctloy, but after a few calls to the attendant, he helped me ande made my reservation.

Everything was excellent! First time using this service, so when I was concerned after parking and spoke with someone at the office where the pickup happens, they were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for 2 weeks. Will absolutely be using for future trips.

Acquiring a Parking Spot online was very easy entrance to the parking lot when I got there was easy. The van came right away and picked us up. Dropped us off at the airport. When we flew back we got on the van right away and dropped us off right at our car, couldn’t ask for anything better. For as long as we were gone the price was good!

Pick up and drop off at vehicle by friendly employees. Most of the time there is a bus waiting at the lot which is comforting especially when I need to get to the airport to catch a flight. Still wish there was a better way to line up at the airport for a shuttle so people don’t cut the line

Everything! The people at the gate are always helpful, the guys who meet your car and help with the luggage never slack and the cold water is much appreciated after traveling. Only problem I have is the unexpected additional charge at the end of a trip.

It was so quick and easy to get in to the parking spot and they have big signs showing you where the open parking spots are. The bus came and picked us up quickly and got us to the airport in a timely manner.
