Good price but pickup location was different from the instructions on the back of the parking spot card. Pickup at BWI was door 7 vs door 7 or 10. Even calling didn't get it right. Thank goodness the driver stopped in the road.

One plus is that there has always been a gatekeeper on duty entering and exiting if there are any issues which is a big relief for customers, especially older folks who may have technology problems. Thank you! I also like the cold water bottles available, especially coming off a flight.
