Convenience and timeliness

I love being picked up at my car and returned directly to it. Saves me a lot of worry.

Easy to get to and a safe place to leave my car. The shuttle runs often, and we've never had to wait more than a minute or two. Also, the employees are very friendly.

Ease. But I want to tell you about one incident that I have witnessed. Because we never know where to stand, cause we don’t know where the bus will pick us up at due to other buses may be in front of it, this winter there was a very long line waiting on the parking spot, enough to fill several buses. The people first in line waited on 4 buses because where the bus stopped put them at the end even though they were first. There needs to be painted lines and something to do about this situation. When the driver steps off the bus, at least they could do while standing on the stairs if the bus is ask, who was here first to help control the rude crowds. The ppl that waited were elderly and cold. Some were upset enough to hire an uber to take them to the parking spot. We also waited on 5 buses standing in very cold weather.

You are tops!! I think your customer service is fantastic. I like that the driver helps with my luggage and picks up and delivers me to my vehicle. I feel that my vehicle is safe.

I like it when the driver or other employee takes my luggage to the bus while I check in at the office.

This location has access to covered parking for a bit more money. It's nice to return from somewhere warm without having to deal with ice and snow on your windshield upon returning

I feel that the facility is clean and safe. I think the employees working -- at the gate and driving the shuttles are 10/10.

I rated my experience a 9/10 overall because the service itself was reliable, convenient, and met my expectations. I’ve used this parking facility multiple times and have consistently had positive experiences, which is why I continue to return.

The reason I did not rate it a full 10/10 is related to a recent interaction regarding pricing. I had missed an advertised discount and reached out via chat and email to see if there might be any flexibility -- such as a courtesy adjustment, or even a student discount. I was told no without any alternative options.

While I understand that policies are in place, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in this situation. As a repeat customer, even a small gesture -- such as a partial discount -- would have gone a long way in reinforcing my loyalty and overall satisfaction.

I've used several parking facilities at CMH, and the Parking Spot is vastly the superior. Their shuttle service is better, the drivers are welcoming and friendly, and the electronic admin via a QR code is easy-peecy.
