Quick in most cases. However my debit card got hacked from using the QR code for tipping my driver on Tuesday this last week. Will not be using that ever again.

The parking spot is great! The van is there as soon as we arrive and the drivers are always courteous and helpful!! When we return from our trip the vans are prompt when picking up passengers!!! It is so convenient and affordable!!
It was easy to find. It’s in close proximity to the airport. As soon as I parked the shuttle was there to pick me. You were also easy to access from the airport after landing. I had an overall great experience!

QR code for tips. Covered parking. Easy to identify the shuttles.The bottles of cold water at check out. Drivers do not try to cram to many people into the shuttles. Check in and out can be done with the phone app. Having that will direct you if you get confused.
The convenience, the cost is reasonable, I don’t have to worry about having to make arrangements w/someone to pick me up , it keeps me independent on my own schedule.

The shuttle driver showed up shortly after I parked. He was very friendly and took me right to the airport. When i returned the shuttle driver was also very friendly and was already there waiting for passengers to pick up.

By having the app on my phone, the Parking Spot knew when I landed at Newark and was able to direct me to the proper pickup spot for the shuttle. I could see where the various shuttles were on the app while we waited. The wait was not long and the car was ready when we arrived.
