Once again I recently used The Parking Spot 2 and had a very smooth experience overall. The shuttle service was prompt both to and from the airport, and the drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, which made the trip less stressful.
I also appreciated the clear signage, (need some where in details) and well-organized parking layout.
However, overall, the service was reliable, convenient, and well-managed. I would consider using this location again for future travel.

Quick & easy service. Van had a weird smell, otherwise very good.

The shuttle driver on our return carried the bags to my car and helped my mom get down the steps. The driver on the way to the airport couldn't be bothered to do any of that. Needless to say, he missed out on a good tip.

Easy check in and check out and our car was cleared of snow when we got back to it.

Easy in. Close to impossible to get out. I stayed one day longer than booked. My mistake. When trying to leave I couldn’t just pay the extra day. I had to get help and that took 15 minutes. Not a good process when the check out kept waiting a coupon. There was no way to bypass.

The Parking Spot Fly is my go-to for ATL. The reservation system is reliable, and the app-based entry/exit makes for a frictionless experience—perfect when you’re on a tight schedule. I flew in and out of the North Terminal, and the shuttle service was incredibly prompt both ways; I barely had to wait at the ground transportation zone. The drivers are professional and the lot feels secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free start and end to their business trip.
