I loved that when we got off the shuttle, our car was 20 steps from the shuttle. I didn't have to walk a long way trying to remember where I had parked the car. Both shuttle drivers were super nice and the lady at the counter when we went inside was also very helpful. I felt like my car was a lot more secure at The Parking Spot compared to what I saw at the airport economy lot.

Re: SOUTH lot: More frequent pick up times at the DIA terminal than in the past! Especially during inclement weather. Driver courtesy has increased as well! More timely trips to the DIA terminal from the parking lot than in the past. There always seems to be a client rush to the airport and rush to the parking lot upon return. This is a "rushed business"!

The Parking Spot staff was knowledgeable and very efficient. We were promptly directed to a parking spot and greeted quickly by the shuttle driver, who gave us a claim card with our spot number to use upon return. He took us to the terminal quickly and cheerfully helped everyone with their bags.
Upon our return we waited a bit longer for a shuttle than we’d hoped, but it wasn’t terrible. Our driver was again efficient and cheerful, and delivered all passengers to their individual parking spots. I’ve never used a parking service that offered pickup and drop off at our car. My husband was suffering from a back strain and finding it difficult to walk far, so that convenience meant a great deal to us. We’ll definitely be back.

Good rates to park. Convenient to Buffalo airport. Employees are polite And very helpful. The transport bus nice, clean and very prompt dropping off and picking up.
