The app worked great. The shuttle drivers were helpful and prompt.

The drivers are very courteous and helpful with the luggage. We rarely have to wait very long for pickup when we return from a trip.
However, we forgot to ask for a stub when we parked our car and that made finding our car very hard when we returned. Our driver was very patient in helping us. It might be nice that the driver make sure you get your return stub as soon as you enter the shuttle after parking.

Need to improve Parking Spot 1 busses to/from Terminal 2. Waited 20 minutes for bus. Saw plenty of #2, #3 and East Parking busses during my 20 minute wait.
The efficiency and friendliness of the drivers. Also the option for covered parking. My only concern—getting out of the parking lot at night is like trying to wind through a maze.
