Bus arrived quickly and took us to airport after only two stops... I have to stay we always choose Premium covered self parking and often get told to go to "P" for example which is NOT fully covered - so we park in "O" for example. Those perimeter spaces should not be premium !

Everything! It is so easy to make a reservation with the app. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Love the covered spaces. Always quick to get you to and from the airport. Staff is wonderful!

Proximity to the airport is a big plus. Shuttle service has greatly improved.
Easy to book online and figure out
We always have a great experience with the parking spot! Only issue is the covered parking is difficult with opening car doors - spots are small. But we survive! We will keep using it because we love how fast the shuttles come. I wish I could tip the drivers after I get off the shuttle - I usually don’t have cash and never remember to scan the QR code while I’m on it. I think Fred was our driver last time and he was fantastic, as all the drivers are!
