I was a little confused when I arrived because I hadn’t realized the parking was valet, and I wish that had been clearer ahead of time. However, the staff was friendly & explained it to me.
When I returned and called for pickup at the airport, they answered promptly, took my information, and picked us up quickly. The older Hispanic gentleman who helped with our luggage was very kind. When we arrived at the lot, my car was already waiting for me.
Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you for your excellent service and for taking such good care of my car! I will absolutely return for any future trip.
