The location and ease of parking are ideal. I initially had an issue related to the modification of the reservation that almost caused me to walk away from this company, but was surprised by the promptness and professionalism of the customer service agent (David) that helped me. Clearly this company cares about their customers. I would happy recommend them to anyone trying to navigate parking around LAX.

They pick you up at your car, they help you with your luggage, they pick you up really quick when you arrive from your flight, they are very friendly, you get free water!

Why wear out the wheels on luggage dragging it around the longterm parking lot. If you haven't noticed, suit cases are not cheap. Get dropped off at your car. Fast and easy-to-use
