I like that the buses are right there to pick you up when you get to the parking lot, the drivers are helpful in getting your luggage onto the shuttle, the drivers are friendly and sometimes even funny. I have been using The Parking Spot for over 14 years. Keep up your great service.

i loved that shuttle picks you up at your parking spot and gives you an exact parking spot written on it. it helps when you return and the driver can find your spot so easily. great nice drivers too

Being able to track shuttles while at the airport. Most people are very friendly. On my last trip, I had to wait by my car in the hot sun for a while before the shuttle came. You offer two options- pick up at the car or a central pickup spot. At times, I don’t want to walk all the way to the pick up spot when you have me park in a row far away. It would be easy for people to walk to the central road that cuts down the center of the lot ( South Parking Spot) and pick up there as an option in between the two you currently offer if it saves time/money.
