i loved that shuttle picks you up at your parking spot and gives you an exact parking spot written on it. it helps when you return and the driver can find your spot so easily. great nice drivers too

Being able to track shuttles while at the airport. Most people are very friendly. On my last trip, I had to wait by my car in the hot sun for a while before the shuttle came. You offer two options- pick up at the car or a central pickup spot. At times, I don’t want to walk all the way to the pick up spot when you have me park in a row far away. It would be easy for people to walk to the central road that cuts down the center of the lot ( South Parking Spot) and pick up there as an option in between the two you currently offer if it saves time/money.

Great way to avoid the traffic at the airport

Easy checking in and out with a QR code on your phone. Parking garage is clean, brightly lit. I always feel safe in the garage. Drivers are friendly and there is always a bus available when I need it. Upon arrival to the garage after returning from a trip having free, cold bottled water available is a nice touch!
