The Parking Spot is great! Easy access to the facility, pick up at vehicle, drop off at correct location at the airport. Even pick up was great even though I arrived at the airport at midnight!

I enjoyed the whole process, booking online was easy. Getting to the location was nice. The staff was very helpful and so quick to pick me up and drop me off. The return service was just as good. Only waited a few moments for the return shuttle and was dropped off right to my car quickly.

Ease of reservations, transfer to airport, at DFW the bus pick up spot should be well marked - i seem to go to the wrong location each time. Put it in the APP what color area we should go to for pick up. The past 2 drivers I've had were helpful and kind. thanks

Easy pick up and drop off, consistent with the Parking Spot at CMH (my home location). A little bit of construction disrupted the route back to the lot after my return, but nothing you can do about that other than be super ready to get to your car! =) I will always use the Parking Spot for all my travels, for the friendliness and reward system. Thank you!

The shuttle drivers were very polite and helpful. The vans were extremely clean and the lots were secure and organized. It was easy to make a reservation. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again.

The attendant at the booth when i checked out on Saturday 6/13 at around 11am was extremely helpful.
The driver when i checked in was pleasant and helpful with the bags.

There is always a bus waiting to take you to the terminal. Drivers are kind and curteous.

Shuttle buses run very frequently. The driver helps getting your luggage on and off the shuttle.

The shuttles are quick to get you picked up in the drivers go out of their way to help you.
