Everybody was friendly and did their jobs well. I really like that being a member of your parking Spot Program is worth something. Many of those programs never amount to anything. You give better rates and I have actually earned free parking with the program. I am hooked; keep it up.

The reservation online system is great. I have been parking hear for a number of years going back to when Parking Spot East was known as Park Express. Drivers always help with my luggage. Checkout process is easy with the app. A bottle of water is a nice touch on the way out.

Shuttle service is timely.

Easy to schedule, prompt pickup each way, and drivers are helpful and friendly.

Always easy to get in and out. Make and pay for reservations on line. The drivers are nice and courteous and get tough to the airport quickly.

The staff! Almost every driver is concerned about helping me grab my bags and very helpful. If I arrive late at night the buses come very frequently to help me get to my car and back home! I am a huge fan of Parking Spot!

Ease of prking

Rarely do I have to wait, a bus is almost always out in pickup area when I'm returning from a flight. Friendly service. Easy scan to check in and out.
