Ease of use! I’m in and out in no time!!
Hi,
I would have given you a 10 instead of a 9, but when I was trying to check out I was having a hard time getting my bar code to work. There was a who guy who was in the booth to my left who did nothing. I backed out, when to his booth and still had a problem. I got out the car with my phone and tried the bar code and then it worked. The time was after 1 am and I wanted to go home. Hope he was helpful to others, because he wasn't helpful to me. By the way he never said a word.
Great app. Easy and quick checkin. Lots of busses. Short waits. Pick me up and drop me off at my car. Easy tipping.

Reliable pick up and drop off
I was immediately picked up from my vehicle when I arrived at The Parking Spot and I had to wait less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to bring me back to my vehicle at the end of my trip. That is great service. The drivers were courteous and safe. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again.
