Very easy to reserve online. Easy to enter the lot with the scanning system. They tell you where to go and the van follows you to your parking spot. He loads your luggage and drives you to your airport terminal. When you come back there will be a van to take you back to your parked car. They will again help with your luggage. Al in all, it was very smooth and efficient.

The website is easy to navigate and make an appointment. Once there the attendant directed us clearly to our assigned location. The van driver picked us up promptly and got us to the airport quickly. Upon return van picked us up immediately. Checkout at exit was simple.

It's an easy in and an easy out. All personnel are polite and helpful. I'd prefer cheaper rates, but the convenience getting in and out of the airport is appreciated.
