Super convenient when traveling.

Conveniently close to the airport. The drivers are great, I have a smooth process and ride every time. I like that I was able to exit and re-enter without canceling my booking or having to rebook tge reservation. The ability to do so came in handy when I missed my flight and had to catch a later one. I didn't have to sit in the Airport for 6hrs. The mobile check-in/ out process is so easy. I never worry about my vehicle when I fly now.

I have been using The Parking Spot for a few years now-first in the Phoenix, AZ area. It was my first time using the location in Atalnta; I was not disappointed. There was little wait time for when I parked my vehicle and the shuttle arrived. Also the driver was very friendly and engaging.
My return-trip was the same. The driver was different, but still professional and engaging. IT was a great experience. I will be using them again!

Timely pick up both ways!

We like the personal touch. The drivers pick you up and return you to your car. One year after a snowstorm, a driver cleaned the snow off of our car.

Ahmed who picked up on return was great. He was very nice and helped everyone with their bags and went above and beyond

Love the drivers! When we came home this week the driver got out & swept the snow off of our car! They are always super friendly, but this was above and beyond!!

Availability of bus rides to airport destinations it’s amazing it just took not longer than 20 minutes for hoop in the ride and back to parking lots thank you guys for an amazing experience

I love the service and I'm very grateful because it's a great help. Just make sure you request your ticket with the number of your parking space, as sometimes the driver forgets. If I hadn't taken a picture of the number, it would have been difficult to find my car. Otherwise, it was excellent.

I accidentally broke the wrong Parking Spot location. The team worked with me and assuaged my fears for my error, including giving credit for the price differences between the two locations. Thank you!

Convienence and competetive cost. The location is great and the shuttle buses and drivers are great. Never an issue. Have used the Buffalo location many times and will continue to do so.
