I love that you can earn free parking during your stays. The shuttle people are so friendly and are great about helping you with your bags. The shuttle is usually right there when you pull into your parking space.

I loved how quickly the Transport vans arrived. My return to Hartford airport was 1 AM and yet a ParkingSpot van was there moments after I stepped out of the terminal (and without me, or the only other rider, having to call as described on the backside of the ticket.) Also I appreciate that your van drivers are friendly and helpful.

What I haven't enjoyed is that each time I have tried to use your online booking/payment system, as well as the entry/exit kiosk system at the parking area, there have been glitches that required me to call for assistance and took up considerable time. Again, every employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. But I would love to see this part of the system upgraded.
