Everyone was very helpful. We had a bathroom emergency and the attendant directed me to the nearest bathroom. I also forgot which row to park in and parked in the wrong row but a nice driver picked us up in the center lane. Our ride back to the Spot was prompt and the driver was very friendly

Clean and safe location. Shuttle buses are always only a few minutes wait at the terminal.
The drivers are so friendly and helpful! They pick you up AT your vehicle if possible, otherwise they are quick to pickup at the designated location. There are always enough shuttles to minimize wait times, even outside of normal hours. The shuttles are clean, tidy, and well maintained.

The drivers are very good, but the ride is usually very rough and bumpy. I'm not sure on what the solution is, but the ride could be tough on customers with back issues/pain.
I like that I can book in advance. It's easy to get into the facility and parking a lot. I have never had to wait for the shuttle, it's always right there. I choose this for convenience and pricing. And I already have recommended it to friends who have traveled from Bradley.
