Fast and easy

We like the pickup....I gave a 9 because we have had really good experiences in the past. However our most recent pickup would not have warranted a 9. The bus took a very long time to pick us up when we arrived.

And then when we got back, there were people on the bus who could not recall where their car was parked. We had our location and gave it to the driver. Instead of the driver taking us directly to our car, we had to endure riding around for the other passengers to look for their car. It was like water torture. We had to wait for two buses because others were full and then drive around the lot for a very long time. Why were we penalized for the other passenger's lack of recall? If this happens again, my score will drop ALOT! This is a training issue on your part.

We have been customers for the past few years and the Parking Spot has always been quick to get to the airport and back. We have consistently received great service.

Friendly service as I check in and in the shuttle. I like the app because I can see where the shuttle is and about how long it will take to reach me. I also am glad to be picked up and dropped off at my car. The shuttle driver even makes sure I get into the car safely and it starts before I leave!

Very convenient for my trips to Airport

I really like not having to look for my car when I get back from a trip. a lot of time I travel by myself and I feel better not having to be alone in the parking lots. I also use the rewards for free days which is nice.

It was super convenient, your staff was friendly, professional. It would be good if your app could also be set up to schedule for pick up during unusual hours. Our flight arrived at 5am, so I called your after hours number to get a shuttle to pick us up at the nearest terminal. I think if the app sent a message to your drivers telling them where a customer is waiting, it would be perfect.

I like being picked up right at the car!

This was the easiest transition from my car to the airport terminal ever. No looking for a parking spot (always uncovered). No hoping no one dinged, scratched, or stole my car. Help getting my luggage on and off the shuttle. I'm a new loyal customer.

The Shuttle Drivers are very nice. I appreciate how they pick-up at your vehicle and drop-off at your vehicle upon returning from the trip. They also assist with loading & unloading the bags.

Please fix the shuttles in Columbus Ohio. They’re falling apart.
