I was confused as to the pick-up location on my return. Expanding on the pickup location on return to LAX would be very helpful. Need to know which level of the airport the pick-up location is located.
Could you put up signs in the airport that tell clients where the parking spot pick-up is located.?

It’s easy to spot the bus for pickup with its distinctive color and design. The driver was super nice and the location is near the airport. The entrance and exit is easy with the QR code.

Pickup at the Parking Spot 3 lot upon arrival is instant. I can count on how fast you are to get me to the terminal. The return trip to the lot from the airport is also great. Maybe we are just lucky but we normally arrive at the shuttle zone to see our lot #3 pulling up. Also, your drivers at PS3 are great. Very personal and professional.

They are easy to use. A bus is usually available to take us to the airport with little wait when we come back, even when we arrive after 10pm.

Our driver on Saturday afternoon (sorry didn't write down his name) was amazing. A couple of drivers apparently called out - so you only had 2 drivers running the circuit to Parking Spot Austin East.

Knowing we all wanted to get to our cars ASAP, he patiently and safely loaded as many on the van as possible. Never complaining.

Hope he made a bunch in tips at least from our load. He deserved it.

After having used other long term parking services, the Parking Spot has been the most convenient and consistent location. Being a member of the service has made it possible to save money by taking advantage of the promotional discounts that have come in handy. The additional convenience of the app on my phone for locating the shuttle buses has been a great improvement. They have taken the stress of getting back to the Parking Spot location to quickly exit and drive home.

I want to use accumulated free nights. However, everytime I book a reservation I’m not able to use them. It’s not very well presented for customer convenience. Please make this issue easier!
