Very easy. Access to parking was simple. Before I even got out of my vehicle the shuttle driver was there to get my luggage out. When we arrived back to pick up our van, I was worried about extra charges because our flight was delayed 2 hours. No extra charges. Shuttle driver was at airport super easy to get back to our vehicle after a long 14 hour day. Thank you so much.

We feel our car is parked in a very secure location and do not have to worry about it while we are gone. The Parking Spot 2 location is the best location for us to leave our car and the staff and drivers are extremely kind and friendly when speaking with them, either on the phone or in person. Also earning points is wonderful because it allows us to lower the cost of parking. Easy check in, easy check out. Quickly picked up once we parked and never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up when returning from our flight.
