I like when I can get discounts. Was a little confused on last use in Feb with the new system and different choices of parking but another customer explained to me while on the shuttle. OI go for pricing so keeping the prices lower than competitors helps ( with my choices)

We always use the Parking Spot as our Go To Parking. Convenient and organized parking. For a worry free Vacation pick the Parking Spot.
Drivers are courteous and nice. Give by them a tip as they are polite and give the business a good reputation.

Usually don't have to wait long. However I did have to wait about 10 minutes going out from Denver South.

Always on time and your drivers are amazing! We had Edie on our return trip on Saturday, February 28. I've had Edie as a driver before and she is excellent. Edie goes out of her way to help passengers and accommodate as many people as is feasible for her bus. On Saturday, there was a woman who is evidently a flight attendant that gave Edie a hard time because she filled the bus with passengers. There were at least 2 groups with multiple people, our group had 5 people. The woman complained that Edie shouldn't have boarded that many people even though everyone had a seat and no one was left standing. There was room for all the luggage without it being a hazard and none was left in the aisles. The woman should be banned from your service as her complaints were unfounded. She has evidently used your service before and feels, as a flight attendant, that she should deserve special consideration. That is not the case, everyone else on the bus gave Edie "atta boys" because she dropped off this woman first so we didn't have to deal with her complaining. Our pickup from the airport was about 5:00. The woman said she was going to lodge a complaint against Edie. Please know, Edie did nothing wrong. She is a top notch driver and I am pleased when I see her smiling face when I board your shuttle.
