It is quick and reliable to get from the parking lot to airport and back.
I have been a frequent customer this year and have had consistently outstanding experiences when parking to travel internationally. My most recent experience was exceptionally outstanding. I was traveling alone with a TON of luggage AND a CAT. When I got on the shuttle I explained that I might need an extra few minutes because of the cat handling - plus I would need to get off the shuttle and grab a cart before I could load everything to get into the airport. The driver was beyond exceptional, and I wish I could remember his name. He let me go into the airport and grab a cart, while patiently waiting for me and supervising my luggage AND the cat. When I came back with the cart, the driver took all of my luggage off the shuttle and put it on the cart for me - all i had to do was handle the cat carrier. Outstanding....I hope I tipped the driver sufficiently - it was all of the cash I had on hand. I hope everyone can appreciate your exceptional service as much as I do. Your drivers are hard working, professional and caring. Thank you!

When I step outside of the airport to get on the shuttle, there were a lot of people waiting for the Spot shuttle! I could not get on the first two shuttle buses because of how quickly they filled up. But to my surprise, the third shuttle came along within 10 mins or less! Get service and the drivers are always friendly.

Super secure and convenient location with door to door service! We arrived super late and with a short phone call the shuttle arrived to pick us up and get us back to the car. They proactively asked for our ticket number and the car was waiting for us so we were headed home in no time!
