the shuttles were often, which reduced anxiety about getting to the airport on time.I liked the rate. I do not like the increase to 'Standard' and 'Basic'. It is ridiculous, it is the same lot. I don't think it was warranted. I am looking for other parking options due to this change.

As a piece of constructive feedback, better signage on McKay Drive would be a huge help for finding the entrance quickly when running late. Also, for travelers like me who haven't parked and flown in a while, providing an estimated transit time (website or app) from the lot to the terminal ahead of time would really help ease pre-flight anxiety.

Convenient and friendly service
The reservation and parking process is a breeze. You can't beat getting picked up and dropped off at your vehicle. The only improvement I would make is have a tap reader for credit cards at the exit. I had a hard time getting my card to swipe when leaving. Aside from that, keep up the great work!

I just really like the customer service! No 'shelters' to run to--the bus picks you up at your vehicle, they help you with your bags, AND they drop you off right at the door for departures. I would NEVER park at the airport ever again! I also get credits for the times that I do park, so that helps out, too! I love the Parking Spot!

I’ve had a really great experience using The Parking Spot on Will Clayton for airport parking. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to standard airport parking, and the convenience honestly can’t be beat. The shuttles run frequently, so I’ve never had to wait long, and the drivers are always friendly and helpful.
One of my favorite things is that they pick you up and drop you off directly at your vehicle, which makes traveling so much easier — especially after a long flight. I used to park at the airport itself, but this has ended up being both more convenient and more cost effective for me. Definitely recommend!
