Efficiency. Easy check in, bus is there as soon as you park your vehicle for the quick trip to the airport. Very short wait to catch the bus for the return to your vehicle. Reasonable price.

The bus attendants to and from the parking lot were very nice and helpful lifting all four of our suit cases into the bus and placing them on the racks. They both were very friendly wanting to help! The gate attendant was not so. It was late around 11:30 pm … She was difficult to let us out and making us wait commenting on she was going to charge us FULL price if she’s could not find our name even though we had prepaid on the app. that we had mentioned to her. It is sad you always have to have one bad egg in the basket.

So easy and convenient! Reserved my spot online and scanned the bar code upon arrival. I love that the bus always takes me to my parking spot and picks me up from my spot. The drivers are great and get you to the terminal as quickly as they can.

Parking lot is well-lit and safe. Shuttles pick up quickly and efficiently. Drivers friendly.

This was are first time using the parking spot and everything was perfect. Upon our arrival the attendant was super helpful. The bus arrived quickly to take us to the airport. Upon our return we waited only minutes for a bus to pick us up. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them whenever we fly out of Charlotte.

We prepaid for uncovered parking, but when we arrived they allowed us to park in covered, as all the uncovered was gone, so that was super nice. Once we got out of our a vehicle the shuttle was already waiting for us and we go to the airport really quick. Once we came home finding the shuttle was quick and easy. I would definitely use them again.

Always so very easy to park, get on the shuttle, get delivered to the ticket agent area! Then when you are back, literally out the door to the right, on the shuttle and directly back to your car. I do not deal with over priced garage fees and my car is still protected from the elements of the Texas weather with covered parking.

Other than this last trip we have always had a seamless experience. The drives are always very helpful and efficient. This past week when I went to check out I had somehow gotten booked for a parking spot in Ohio. I have no idea how that could have happened because I clicked on my regular PS email when I booked. I didn’t check after I booked which was my fault but I have never ever had an issue before.

If arriving in a large party to terminal 7, you may want to ask them to send a shuttle directly. Often they are near capacity by the time they get to the last terminal.

Excellent experience with your facility in Nashville. Prompt and efficient in all respects. We were so pleased to see our vehicle waiting for us upon arriving back from the airport. Avoiding parking at the airport has become a must for us!
