The ability to reserve a spot. It is very convenient that the shuttle bus picks you up and drops you off at your car, so that you do not have to go to a pick up spot.
The parking lot was good . Needs more light to be able to find the cars when you get in the very early morning . My driver returning back was not very friendly and kept going around missing all cars because we couldn’t see .

I really like your proximity to LAX, and access from southbound 405. Covered parking is great, elevator to shuttle pickup area is great, drivers are helpful and competent. Only slight request is possibly more shuttles for arriving passengers.
