The parking spot is amazing. I know my car is safe and secure. They always have plenty of parking, shuttles are quick to arrive, and the drivers are so kind. I will always park at The Parking Spot, specifically Parking Spot 1.

Convenience to the airport. The buses run every 10 minutes which is great, especially when the weather is bad.

Reasonable Cost, convenient to home, timely drop off and pick up, covered parking.

Service is priced well. The drivers always show up within 5 minutes of me parking and within 10 minutes of me being curbside at the airport. Attendants send me to a close row to park.

Your people. Getting in and out of your lot is a struggle these days, with the construction. Hopefully that is temporary!

I appreciate when they have a Venmo QR code to tip them - it would be good to be able to tip them with the app. I dont have great service out there and when I am getting to my car, I tried to tip the driver with the QR code, but it wouldnt go through. When I went back to the app, there is a "tip the driver" but its just a camera for the qr code. Maybe having a way to connect to the drivers that were on during the time you dropped your car or picked it up would be good.

The convenience, nice people greeting you and making sure that you get full instructions on where you need to park. The rapid pick up and drop off. I do have one complaint about The Parking Lot South though. I'm not sure if this survey is going to allow me to express it so if it does not, please email me at Email address removed I've been a loyalty member for about 20 years based out of two different cities. Never thought I would have a complaint so please contact me.
