I have been pleased with the service. Of all the times, that I have used Parking Spot 2 at Hobby, the service has been a 9/10, except one time. We complained and have not seen that person again. The drivers and check in are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use them for the friendliness and the promptness of the drop off and pick up.

When I'm parking here for the airport, the most important aspect is efficiency. I drove onto the lot, was directed where to park, found a spot and the shuttle bus was there waiting for me. When we returned, we did have to wait for about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and we had issues with the payment system at the check out gate but an employee came up to assist.
