Super easy to book, covered parking and extremely efficient. Drivers are always friendly!
No complaints. Everything was on time and seamless. Only thing I would like to see more of is what happens and what do I do if I'm running late getting to my car and checking out. Last time I used this facility I was charged what I thought was an exorbitant penalty. I could not find anything on your information page about that circumstance.

When parking here so long and so many times, I was bound to have vehicle issues at some time or another. One time, my battery had died. I called the person on duty and a driver swung by my spot and brought his portable battery jump charger, and got me going in 5 minutes. He was glad to help me. I appreciated that.
Another time, I had a flat tire, from a slow leak. I called the person on duty and a driver swung by my spot with a plug-in air pump, and help me inflate my tire. I appreciated that.
Those are a couple of the reason why I like this Parking Spot. When I needed help, the staff helped me. I appreciate that.
The Parking Spot is the best !! They are efficient and very polite. They always help me with my heavy luggage. The shuttles run frequently so never a long wait.
