I do struggle with the scheduling of the shuttle buses out of the Sepulveda location. I often find that the drivers are close together followed by a long periods between shuttles. I realize this is not always a scheduler's or driver's fault, but it happens too often. Also, I feel like the drivers are speeding by on the inside of the loop making it much more stressful to try and flag them down.

Although I don't know this, I am concerned that since this facility operates with a very lean staff, there's no one regulating the drivers.

Good service, and I like the ability to reserve a spot.

Everything went very smoothly from parking on the morning we flew out to pick up after our plan returned and landed. The driver was amazing both times. Polite and professional, he even stopped a guest from accidently removing our luggage off the shuttle instead of theirs by telling him it was his job to hand the luggage down. This would have been bad otherwise as we were flying out different terminals. A+++ job to all staff on this trip. Thank you

It was very easy to make a reservation and to pay for our spot. The only issue was parking on site. We were instructed to park in a specific location and there were not spaces.
When leaving, scanning our receipt made it so easy. Will definitely. park ere again.

The people

The Parking Spot makes it simple to travel in and out of BNA. They are less than 5 minutes from the airport so I don’t have to deal with parking and hauling luggage to and from my car. Payingbis done electronically and once I land, I just make a call and they’re waiting for me at a convenient pick-up location.

As seniors (77 and 79), even though we aren't in wheelchairs, long distance walking with luggage is a real issue as we both have mobility issues (severe arthritis, neuropathy, etc.). The ability to request a courtesy drop off and pickup is the most important thing in parking here. Also, the drivers have always been so kind as to help us with our luggage. And the occasional discounts offered help our senior budgeting too!

Your drivers are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond to assist me with my bags, are always cheerful, and make what could be a stressful part of travel a pleasure.
