Convenience to the airport. Shuttles run constantly - never have a long wait. They have three different price levels to choose from. Valet, Indoor and Rooftop and I have used all 3 at various times. They offer substantial discounts on rates. This sounds trivial, but they have free water and after a long flight where I don't want to pay $4 to $5 dollars for water, I can get 1 or 2 for free.

So efficient and quick to get to the airport on time. I appreciate being picked up and dropped off right at my car. So convenient.

Convenience - luggage helpers were great as was the bus drivers. However the inside lobby lady was rude - on her phone when I walked jn, barely spoke up when I asked a question and as soon as I got my answer it was back to the phone plus laid back in the chair.

since I learned about they service 2 years ago I been using the bus at the airport for transportation don’t have to deal with the traffic an congestion at all help with your luggage an little ones love they help in every way they can I would recommend them everyday

I like that the shuttle service is prompt and the drivers are helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that customers may be able to reserve a specific parking spot especially if they have a larger vehicle. I was fortunate enough to get a spot that was a diagonal parking space that had more room, but that is an overall minor inconvenience. The price is fair and I always use Spot 2 at IAH when travelling from this HUB. THANK YOU!

Service is good. We had to park very far up the hill early in the morning and there were few vans running, we had to walk down the hill in the dark, to wait for a van. Fortunately we always arrive early and we have expedited check in at ATL, so we made it to the gate in a timely manner. We live 20 miles from ATL so often the trip to the Parking Spot is shorter than the trip from the Parking Spot 2 to Hartsfield. We do appreciate the discounts and credits and water that you give us when we park with you.

We love The Parking Spot for convenience and security in parking when we travel to and from DIA. We travel with peace of mind knowing our car is safe and guarded while away. It has awesome drivers who pick you up at your parking space, deliver you to and from your airport airline, then drive you back to your parking space ending your trip. They are courteous, professional and helpful with your baggage and needs. You cannot beat The Parking Spot.
