It's great to plan a vacation and know in advance that you have a safe place and a spot to park your car. The advance scheduling is a breeze. There's no reason to pay for on-site airport parking.

Price is great. The ride back-and-forth from the airport is great. I have no problems with the drivers. There are excellent very well spoken. Very nice. Help you with everything I got on there with the surfboard and they didn’t have any problem at all. I make sure that they get a nice tip for what they do and keep my vehicle at your place. It’s safe. I don’t have to worry about anything disappear in it I could leave it all the way unlocked if I wanted to and nobody would bother it I’ll be back in March. Next trip back to Costa Rica. Thank you very much.

Also I really enjoy the basic parking lot. Having everybody get off at 1 spot is absolutely fine with me. If I want to be driven directly to my spot I'll pay more. But basic is really my thing.

Reasonable pricing. Usually quick pick up,although the last two times we flew, we waited over 10 min for shuttle to pick us up at the parking spot lot. We're hoping it was just an exception.

I had one bad experience with Parking Spot West, during this last trip. However, all of my other experiences with Parking Spot West have been excellent, so I am going to choose to disregard this one bad experience, as I don't think it represents your usual quality of service. I am going to tell you about it, because I do believe you need to know about my experience, in order to prevent this from occurring in the future. On 6/13, I checked in at 0300 a.m., as planned. I'm sure you can check the records to find the name of the older woman who was driving the van at that time. When I got on the van, she assisted with my larger bag and then I waited for her to give me the card that lists my car's location, per the usual routine. I asked for the card and she said "I don't have a pen. I know where your car is." I responded "Yes, but when I return in a week, neither of us will remember where my car is." She said "I'll give it to you when we get to the airport." When she dropped us all off (not at United, but dropped us all off at one spot, which is not normal either), another lady loaned me a pen to give the driver. She gave me the card and it listed my car's location as being in C7-8. I immediately realized that was incorrect and said "I don't think that's where my car is". She said "Well, it's close enough". (It was actually in B7-13.) Her whole attitude was one of annoyance and I had never experienced this from one of your drivers before. While on my trip, I was thinking that Parking Spot West has really gone downhill and I need to find another place to leave my car. However, as I said before, I have always received excellent service there, so I decided to see how things went on the way home, knowing that I was arriving very late on 6/19 (which actually ended up being very early 6/20 due to a delay). Fortunately, the gentleman who was driving the van at that time could not have been nicer or more professional, even when I had to explain why I didn't know exactly where my car was and why it wasn't in the place listed on the card I gave him. Once again, I received excellent service from him and was very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. This is very important to me because, when I arrive home very late at night, tired from a long flight, I want to be taken TO MY CAR....NOT "close enough".

Car was very safe. Attendant work all the time and was very helpful. Watching and questioning everyone coming in which is added safety. Our car was just as we left it. The price was great. And most importantly was the shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle was easy to use. They picked us up right at our car at 3:30 am. Get us to the airport quickly. When we came back, the shuttle was already waiting and took us right back to our car Bus drivers are very nice and helpful.
