I love that when we park in uncovered parking, there is always a sign indicating which lot we can park with open spots. The van to take us to or from the airport is always punctual and the drivers are always courteous and help with our luggage.
Recently our flight was cancelled and rescheduled 2 days later; the employee helped us so we didn't pay for 2 days that we weren't using the lot. We were using points; 2 days worth of points were placed back into our account,

The shuttle was very swift both times I used it. The only downside is that it isn't handicap accessible.
