Affordable and convenient
Conveniently located to LAX, great service, friendly staff, clean environment!
The use of the App is helpful for preplanning and when you get home to know where a shuttle is.
Easy to make reservations. Easy checking into the garage. Very friendly and helpful attendants. Always have a friendly driver who also is very helpful with the luggage. Quick pick up service two and from the airport. Very reasonable rates. I feel very comfortable that my car will be safe.
Clean and efficient!
Parking spot is so easy to get to, confident and reasonably priced. So much easier to have someone else drive in the LAX traffic.

Your in and out

Right to droop off and pick up on time secure exelent service I will used againg
Seamless drop off and no wait for a shuttle to the airport. Pickup when we returned was equally seamless. We only waited 3 minutes for our shuttle from the airport back to our car upon our return. Great experience, we’ll be back for sure
When we returned from travel and got to the car at 11pm, my Explorer wouldn’t start. I walked over to the office, and one of the guys came right over with a flash charger and got us going. We were thrilled to be on the road about 20 minutes after discovering my dead car. Outstanding service!
Fair priced and convenient location
Courteous drivers and excellent customer service!
Very efficient and price effective. Friendly staff.
Only negative I had difficulty exiting. We had to go through two gates and it was necessary to get out of the car and use the code or a credit card to exit. Ok with one gate but why on two? Had it been raining this would have dramatically negated the high rating,

Quick service and friendly, professional staff!
that it is so easy to get on the bus at parking spot and at the airport. There is always a bus waiting for you.... and you get free water on the way out, which is so nice.
Easy in and out!
Super easy to find a place to park. Area was secure. And pick up from the airport was super quick! If i had any feedback it would be that it was a little confusing where to be picked up after we collected our luggage. There weren't any clear signs at the airport for 'zone 4' we ended up just walking over to the parking spot shuttle since it was so easy to see
Very convenient location, quick parking, reliable service.
