Easy in easy out. I never had to wait very long for them to pick me up at the parking spot or the terminal. Every driver I got was nice they’re engaging. They all wanted to make sure I had a ticket so I remembered where my car was. The only problem I had was your exit signs when you leave at night should have a light on them I missed a few of them and had to double back.

Kenny at Parking Spot East was very kind. My husband had thrown out his back and Kenny saw me struggling to get heavy luggage loaded into the trunk of our car. He came over and lifted it in for us. Totally not expected and greatly appreciated.

Quick and convenient
The availability, I never have to worry about the safety of my cars or my family when I am not with them. The bus pickup and return is always on time. I have never had to call for a bus.
