There is usually a human at the desk in the lobby who is friendly and helpful. It is much cleaner than Parking Spot 1.

I was stressed about not knowing where to go because it was my first time. But when I got there, the shuttle guy was there and helped showed where to park and he even waiting for me.
Easy online and in person self service process. The shuttle attendants were fast and friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up at my car and to be picked up at the airport. Excellent experience.
