Very convenient and Perfessional

I left my hat on the bus back in May and it was a very sentimental hat because it was given to me by my cousins it was my aunts hat that we had just laid to rest and on my way home from that trip I left it on the bus. But I Thank GOD your staff put it away and I was able to come pick it up, not to mention I didn’t realize I had left it until about two weeks later. So Thank You very much.

It is very easy to book a spot on the app and the shuttle is very convenient-I think the longest I've ever had to wait at Sky Harbor is maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The drivers are friendly and I appreciate the little card given with my parking spot on it!
