The number of frequent Shuttles arriving for pickup at DIA made pick up much quicker. . The bus driver Charlie , was OUTSTANDING! He clearly liked his job and was over-the-top helpful in , not only carrying luggage onto the Shuttle, but also carrying it off , lifting the handles, and helpful with loading it into our trunk.
We are both 79! Charlie also helped me navigate the big step onto and off the Shuttle. ( I’m only 4’10”!) Charley also had a great personality. He was friendly and personable. ( the other driver, when we first arrived at The Spot was also excellent, but I did not get his name.)

I love the location to my home and the efficiency of the lot. Most times that I arrive at the lot with in 5 to 10 minutes the shuttle is there to transfer me. There have been occasions where the shuttle is at my car before I have even gotten out of car. Drivers are always courteous and very helpful not only with luggage but with advise.
