Everything was easy, from finding parking to getting a shuttle with little wait time to getting picked up from the airport. I’ve been using The Parking Spot for the last 3 years and I love it.

I had a great experience with Parking Spot. My only comment is that I was set up for automatic payment at exit and it wanted me to enter my credit card. I was just worried that I would be billed twice. I ended up swiping my cc otherwise I could not leave. There was no one at the front to ask.

Inexpensive, convenient, safe

Very easy to get picked up at your parking space and dropped off at your airline. And then picked up at the airport for your return to your car and dropped off right at your car. Very smooth process.

Politeness and location

Generally good service however, drivers need to pick up customers at the front of the line waiting and not open doors at mid lane when there is a long line waiting.

We decided to try Parking Spot in Atlanta and it worked out very well, plus it saved us a lot of money because we stayed away for a month.
The bus was great to and from the airport !
We will definitely use it again on our next trip in July !
