Friendly personal service. Buses run fairly frequently average wait time on return is 15 min. All drivers are polite and helpful.
Fast service from parking lot to airport, not a lot of waiting like some other parking services. Usually quick return service from airport too. Prices have increased over the last few years and since the transition from Colonial Parking to Parking Spot South. However, I feel the rewards club benefits and the speedy service make the cost worthwhile .

My husband's flight was cancelled and he had to stay another night. It was comforting to know his car was safe at The Parking Spot.
Everything was perfect! The Parking Spot is very convenient from the 105 freeway and finding an empty spot was no problem. Transportation to the airport was there within 5 minutes with a helpful driver to handle the bags. Coming home we waited no longer than 10 minutes even at midnight. Thank you, Daniel, for the 3 day discount! We will be back here for our next trip.

Easy and quick. They told me to park in the wrong spot so when I exited the charge looked like an additional charge on top of what I already paid. It was confusing.
