Everyone is always so helpful and kind with my bags and we have never had issues been using them for years! 4am and drivers are in good moods and they hit the gas to get you on time! Lol. No complaints.

It is very convenient. The service is pretty good with some of the employees helping me with my bags and others do less. I always tip but I weigh the tip based upon how much they help me.

TPS is a great choice for us since we arrive and depart from PHL via I476. The service is fairly priced and reliable.
However...
1. We *detest* Lot B at Philadelphia South since it always feels like an unnecessary detour to get to Lot A (both coming and going) and the gates take a long time to open and close. Probably doesn't make financial sense to you to have a dedicated shuttle for B but it would sure make us happier.
2. On arrival from our last trip the right-hand side self-checkout was out of service. Doesn't happen often but sure is frustrating when we have to get in a long line to check out.
