Driver very courteous and attentive.
App is easy to use and I did not wait to be picked up after parking
Very efficient and nice employees.
Parking was easy, the shuttle came quickly, the van was in great condition upon our return.
It's a always a pleasure using SPOT for parking when flying out of Lovefield.
You can reserve a spot, which had always been available. And the drivers are super nice and helpful. I use SPOT every single time.
Convenient and makes it easier to travel
Parking is easy. Bus pickup and drop off at my car. Driver handled luggage. All around great experience!
Easy access, prompt shuttle service going and coming, price is SOMETIMES competitive.
I love the location to my home and the efficiency of the lot. Most times that I arrive at the lot with in 5 to 10 minutes the shuttle is there to transfer me. There have been occasions where the shuttle is at my car before I have even gotten out of car. Drivers are always courteous and very helpful not only with luggage but with advise.
All great

Great service and drivers
I appreciate your 24 hour availability for parking and pick ups. The shuttle came quickly, and the driver was helpful. Your lot is well lit, clean and safe. I especially like your occasional discounted pricing.
Our battery in our car was dead. Employees helped to jump our car off. Very friyand caring employees.
It is really convenient and everyone that works there have been very polite and professional. I never have to wait for a bus to go to airport and rarely have to wait leaving the airport. I will only use Parking Spot Plus for my airport shuttle!!
The Parking Spot prices are very good for parking. The shuttle is prompt when headed to airport and upon return. We always use The Parking Spot.
Parking was simple and we were picked up within a few minutes. The shuttle driver helped us with our bags both ways. My vehicle didn't start upon our return and they came and jumped the battery. They were very kind and considerate of our needs.
Will always use them.
The customer service and professionalism by you staff was very much appreciated.
Convenience, price, ease of use
Easy access to and from the airport. When I arrive, I usually wait no more than 2 to 3 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. After I return home from a trip, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to take me back to my car.
Fast and efficient check-in/checkout process
