With prior reservations we always have a spot at arrival. If you prepay you even get a discount on the daily rate. Return pickup at the airport is quick and easy. Usually, there’s a van already waiting to pick us up! If not you can call to let them know that you are waiting! We’ll always use the Spot for our trips!
You guys are very nice and efficient. You guys carry our luggage onto the bus. The other shuttle buses do not do that especially the ones at O’Hare. Thank you guys for being so kind.
I like the frequency of the shuttles to and from the airport, the location and the friendly drivers. The parking spaces are indeed spacious.
Fast shuttles, water when I leave and love covered parking.
