Super easy to get it. Staff was friendly and professional.
The pick ups are timely and the drivers are courteous.
It was very easy to make a reservation and to pay for our spot. The only issue was parking on site. We were instructed to park in a specific location and there were not spaces.

The people
The Parking Spot makes it simple to travel in and out of BNA. They are less than 5 minutes from the airport so I don’t have to deal with parking and hauling luggage to and from my car. Payingbis done electronically and once I land, I just make a call and they’re waiting for me at a convenient pick-up location.
As seniors (77 and 79), even though we aren't in wheelchairs, long distance walking with luggage is a real issue as we both have mobility issues (severe arthritis, neuropathy, etc.). The ability to request a courtesy drop off and pickup is the most important thing in parking here. Also, the drivers have always been so kind as to help us with our luggage. And the occasional discounts offered help our senior budgeting too!
Your drivers are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond to assist me with my bags, are always cheerful, and make what could be a stressful part of travel a pleasure.

Proximity to the airport from where I park my car.
Pick up to the airport and back from even in the middle of the night. Going the car is in a safe spot under cover. The cost, especially using the discount from AAA. How helpful the employees were.
Only had one AWFUL experience but other than that it has been fine. Although the horrible experience almost made us not use y'all anymore, the female basically threatened us at check in. Never have seen her again, thank GOD! She almost caused us to get hit by another car!!

USUALLY I like everything about your servive. This is the first time I have ever experienced poor customer service. When I left on Saturday evening there were several employees by the door closest to the exit where you pay to leave. They were having a conversation but swearing excessively. I called out "nice mouth". They asked what I said. I repeated, "I said, nice mouth". And then one of the gentlemen (?) then approached where I was paying. That felt threatening.
The shuttles were very quick and staff nice.
