Service was fast and efficient, and the drivers at both pickup and drop-off were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time parking at the airport, so I didn't know what to expect. I only wish I'd had cash on me to tip both drivers. There was an option to tip the driver in the app, but you needed a QR code that wasn't posted on the shuttle. More information about this would be helpful in the app and posted inside the shuttle for the customer and, of course, the worker.
I used The Parking Spot when Charlotte received some very bad weather including about 10 inches of snow. I was parked in the uncovered area. When I returned to Charlotte, I was so thankful for the bus driver. He was so kind to shovel everyone out who had snow blocking their car. What a thoughtful thing to do!
