The convenience and ease of parking at your lot. Having a bus pick you up at your car and giving you a ticket with your space number. On arrival home, it was easy to find the pickup spot for the van. Using the app was also very easy to do.
Everything from the convenience to the shuttle drivers the staff when you check in and out. Not having to worry about your vehicle while you’re gone. And especially on the hot days when you’re leaving after you’ve checked out getting a free cold bottle of water top-notch. Love this place and I use them all the time when I have to travel.

Love, Love, love The Parking Spot. I am a very loyal customer and have referred several friends to you who have used your services at PHL and EWR. There have been some minor glitches in a few trips, but nothing earth-shattering. But I work full-time in retail, so I do not let anything ruin my day. Plus I am going on vacation. I will always use The Parking Spot. Already have a reservation for September!
