It's close and shirtless run frequently. However, after 10pm you should only use the main gate for web entrance so the wait is not as long for shuttle to airport.
99% of your staff is incredibly professional, cordial, and respectful and in honesty it appears in the last few months the 1% that fell short are no longer employed with your company. Sadly that 1% left a horrible impression that will remain in my memory, but everyone else has been absolutely amazing. My only requests are to please increase the number of shuttles that service Will Clayton Parking Spot #1 as you have for the other two locations, and please do better maintenance on the shocks of your shuttles. Every road bump throws passengers up in the air like a carnival attraction.

Close, it's a good central location from my home. I like the covered parking better than the south location. It secures your vehicle more and parking space appears to be bigger so trucks can have more room
The frequency of shuttles to drop off or pick up customers from the airport was amazing. We didn't wait very long when we arrived back in Houston to catch a shuttle back to the our vehicle to go home.
