Decent location. Usually don't have to wait long at all for a shuttle. This time the one we rode TO the airport was terribly loud and horrible - like the back window was going to break off. but all other times, it would be typical.

It's the only place near Newark Airport I feel safe leaving my car there. Always reliable shuttle service, kind and friendly. Rewards program is an added bonus.

Easy in - sometimes I need assistance at the exit. Last trip from terminal 3, we had to wait 15-20 minutes before something cleared in terminal 4. Driver said it was company policy!!!

The price is fair. I feel that my car is safe when leaving it at the locations. Overall every experience I have had with the Parking Spot, either in Cleveland or Pittsburgh, has been pleasant.

I like being able to get out of the long car line leading into the CLT gate, take a right, and pull right into the Parking Spot parking lot. All of the attendants are nice and helpful. The bus drivers always insist on taking my bag to and from the bus. I feel like my SUV is safer parked there vs. the airport parking. Costs are in line/better than parking costs at CLT.

So convenient instead of parking at the airport
