We have used USA Parking for years and never had an issue. We have a bus waiting tot take us to the airport. Coming back was easy finding the bus on the East side. Driver going to the airport was friendly and even politely told us that not receiving a tip is ok when I asked if any of the other passengers tipped. The older couples did tip but not the younger ones

The location was easy in and out especially at 5 am. Right on the highway. The valet service was excellent. The employees were courteous and helpful. I previously used a parking lot on on one of the back streets of Newark in a very sketchy neighborhood this location was much better. I would highly recommend this location.

Everything is smooth from entering the lot to choosing your park and right there the shuttle is ready to pick you up for the airport. The drivers are very professional and helpful with your luggage.
As soon as you come back from the trip, the shuttle is right there ( little time of waiting for each shuttle) and transport you back to your car with the same service of the driver helping with your luggage. Hussle free and effortless. No stress.
