Convenient and safe airport parking. Security is good. One time our return flight changed to Burbank and we had to use Lyft to get back to LAX. We walked in and before we got to our car security made sure we were legit. Traffic can be a little tough but it is that way anywhere near the airport.

Entire process was easy and efficient! Drivers were helpful. The only downside was sine I prepaid and needed to scan the QR code, I had trouble lining up with the scanner. Going in and out of the park and it wasn’t busy, neither attendant wanted to help and both were annoyed by asking for help! Everyone else gets a 10. They get a 1 They got a 1 instead of a 0 because they eventually came over and helped.

I like the service of being picked up by our car so we don’t have to walk to get to the shuttle. The shuttle comes regularly at the airport for pick up. Also, the workers who help put the luggage into the shuttle, the free water and the opportunity to pay ahead of time for a lower price. I feel that I get a lot of bang for my buck.

Making a reservation on-line was easy. The price was right! It was great having the shuttle seem to appear out of nowhere when I parked. The driver of the shuttle was friendly and helpful. On my return trip, the shuttle was immediately at the airport taking me to my car. Again, friendly and helpful. I will choose Parking Spot again.
