Service is always great going to/coming from the airport, but the parking spots are too small for trucks / large SUVs. If we’re parked next to a pole, then it’s nearly impossible to get out of the car. Other than that, TPS East is convenient for us, and most of the time, traffic is avoided. Thank you!

Easy in & easy out. My only criticism of the service is the pick-up instructions you publish through the app. The app instructs the user to exit the baggage claim and look for the green hotel shuttle green zone. However, the driver informed me that the correct pick-up point is just beyond the center airport entry doors on the opposite end. The conflict needs to be resolved with all deliberate haste.
