It is very easy to book a spot on the app and the shuttle is very convenient-I think the longest I've ever had to wait at Sky Harbor is maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The drivers are friendly and I appreciate the little card given with my parking spot on it!

It’s convenient to the airport.

Parking lot is clean. Always full. The drivers are very friendly and kind. I have left my car there now twice and haven't had a problem either time. This last time my flight was delayed by 3 hours so I had to extend my parking reservation which was easy to do on their app. I will definitely use them each time I fly. Knowing my car is safe is a major plus.

The shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job. Their customer service is impeccable. One more thing, when I was about to leave the lot, the fact that you all had cold bottled water available at the gate added the cherry to the cake!!! I will be back!!

A friend recommended that I utilize The Parking Spot for my recent travel since my husband was unable to get me to the airport and back.

I was happy to see that my vehicle would be somewhat covered for the ten days I would be away.

The app was useful to locate the van for pickup while at the airport. The female driver got me right to where my car was parked and together we placed my bags back into my truck.

Reasonably priced. Easy in and out. Quick pick up service when arriving at lot and when returning from airport.

We only had one issue this trip and that was went returning. We were in Priority parking, row 2. When we arrived at lot, driver went to row 1 (as expected) and the row 2. Dropped off other passengers at their vehicle, the proceeded but instead of stopping at our vehicle, just kept driving and proceeded to other rows. Eventually he went to row 12, stopped and called out the vehicle type. When no one responded, I told him that this wasn’t our vehicle and that he missed dropping us in row 2. He looked at the ticket and got agitated while showing me the tickle which had a small line which he misread at 12 rather than 2. He returned us to our vehicle but all the while he kept complaining and seemed to be blaming us for the issue. He didn’t speak English very well so was hard to understand but my wife and I were both sure that we were being blamed for his mistake. I’ll continue to be a customer, but this driver needs to be more accountable for his mistakes and apologetic to the customer. Since I don’t know his name, below is information from our receipt to maybe help you identify the driver.

Availability, quick in, quick out. Vans are roomy and comfortable.

The ease in making reservations, parking, the shuttle service -- the entire process. AND everyone was courteous and willing to assist us.

Bus was waiting for me on both my arriving and leaving for my trip. I have limited mobility and the Staff was very accomadating and helpful. The bus was clean and most importantly easy to get to and close to Airport. Only negative no attendant when leaving as I was worried I could not wwork the QR code as the system ws not very accepting when I arrived.

Your parking service is reasonable priced, easy access and drivers are very nice.
