The convenience and pricing, although I do look for promotions :) I wish at the airport there was a little more organized waiting. It's just a mob of people waiting to get onto the shuttle and it's frustrating at times.
But overall we are pleased.
I was very happy with the service provided by The Parking Spot. On the outbound portion of our trip, my son left his cell phone in the car so he had to make a quick return trip, which he was able to do without issue or without causing delay for our departure. On the way back, for some reason I was unable to find my card identifying the parking location, and the driver was extremely courteous in helping me find it. The service provided by The Parking Spot personnel was above and beyond and for that we are grateful.

I accidentally left my cellphone in the car and the Parking Spot driver turned around and went back to my car so I could grab my phone. I did ask everyone on the bus (two gentlemen) if they would mind. It took only 5 extra minutes but saved me so much time and worry.
Everything went smooth
We parked the car and the driver was pulling up to pick us up. We were dropped off right in front of our terminal. Transport was quicker than I thought it would be. This was our first time using the spot and will be using again. We had an amazing experience.
