Great place to park

The location is convenient and the pick-up was pretty quick this time. The pick-up on my return trip was even better, as the van was parked there waiting.

The covered parking on Washington is easy to get to and the pick up service is quick and easy. The return pickup process runs on a regular basis with very little wait time.

The parking and ride to the airport were excellent. The pick up from the airport was not so good. 2 vans passed us as they were full so we had to wait for a third. This was very frustrating.

The drivers to and from the airport have always been timely, professional and courageous. The location is also close to the airport and easy to find.

I have tried other parking services before at the Philadelphia airport and they were horrid. And as I would stand there waiting for my shuttle to come from these other services, I kept seeing the parking spot shuttle drive-by 1 million times. So when I came out from my flight and was ready to leave, the shuttle came in under five minutes, and I couldn’t have been more pleased.

When I got back to my vehicle after having a park for six days, it would not start. Zeke was so great. He went and got jumping cables jumped. My vehicle waited there for me gave me a bottle of water that was five stars alone thank you Zeke.
