Quick and easy . The only thing I would suggest is we were not told where to park so we just parked the shuttle driver said we were not at a pick up point . I still dont know ow where the pick up points are .

Buses that pick you up at your car usually very quickly and when you open your app up it knows to come and pick you up.

It's easy to get in and out at the gate. Parking is a bit squeeze, but I guess most places are like that. The Representative at the gate was not very detailed as to what to do when we went in for parking and where but I guess it was too early for her.

I park here for business travel on a weekly basis and the customer service level has definitely improved. You’re greeted AND assisted now as before not really. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady that was training with a gentleman 2/6 around noon. They were great! But overall have noticed an improvement in the last month.
