I like that the shuttle service is prompt and the drivers are helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that customers may be able to reserve a specific parking spot especially if they have a larger vehicle. I was fortunate enough to get a spot that was a diagonal parking space that had more room, but that is an overall minor inconvenience. The price is fair and I always use Spot 2 at IAH when travelling from this HUB. THANK YOU!

Service is good. We had to park very far up the hill early in the morning and there were few vans running, we had to walk down the hill in the dark, to wait for a van. Fortunately we always arrive early and we have expedited check in at ATL, so we made it to the gate in a timely manner. We live 20 miles from ATL so often the trip to the Parking Spot is shorter than the trip from the Parking Spot 2 to Hartsfield. We do appreciate the discounts and credits and water that you give us when we park with you.

We love The Parking Spot for convenience and security in parking when we travel to and from DIA. We travel with peace of mind knowing our car is safe and guarded while away. It has awesome drivers who pick you up at your parking space, deliver you to and from your airport airline, then drive you back to your parking space ending your trip. They are courteous, professional and helpful with your baggage and needs. You cannot beat The Parking Spot.

The convenience and quality. It's easy to access, the drivers are always pleasant and the price is affordable, but I still feel safe.
The parking is clean and secure and the prompt pick and drop off is very easy. The drivers are very nice and accommodating. The app makes it easy to let them know you have arrived back in town for a pick up.

I like the convience- BYT I don't like when drivers go right by my car in the uncovered lot-so they can drop off the covered first!!
I know they pay more- but I'd be happy to walk a couple of cars vs wait till everyone else- mainly covered people are dropped off!
Fast and convenient
The Parking Spot is the BEST. The service is impeccable. They are always there to pick you up and drop you off. I am 66 and they are always very helpful with my luggage, even putting it in my car. I would never park anywhere else.

Easy to navigate the app, airport shuttles are quick to pick up from parking lot and back to the parking lot after returning from our trip.

Ease of finding a parking spot. Shuttle bus is never late to pick us up from our spot and driver is so friendly. Ride is always smooth and location is so near to the airport, it takes the same time to arrive at the gate when you park inside the airport and walk. I would come back again to park here and recommend others too.
