Everything is great! Except leaving the self park. You need to have two lanes open all the time because when one person is trying to figure out how to pay you can be sitting there for 20 minutes plus and who wants to do that when its midnight and you just want to get home. This happened three times to me so far. The busses go through the right exit gate so the customers should be able to as well. Hope this helps.

It's so convenient and easy. By the time you park the shuttle is at your car to load your luggage and usually heads straight to the airport to drop off at your airline.
The shuttle pickup spot is easy to find and drives you right to your car on your return.
Drivers are friendly and helpful.
