Well, first I want to say I miss some of the people that we’ve lost because we’re scanning QR codes now. It seems like the folks are a little more rushed, so I don’t like that.
But my drivers have all been very gracious, and I get picked up at my car and returned to my car with ease, never having to worry about whether or not I parked at the right terminal! The last bus I was on needed a new shocks and a bunch of things tightened. It was very loud and rattling and bumpy so I would like to recommend that you take good care of your buses. It was not a comfortable ride. However, the convenience and ease of doing business are wonderful.

Love this place! Booking is easy! Drivers are excellent! Easy entry and exit! No long wait for the shuttles to the airport! Everything is just easy, easy, easy and did I say easy!!!

Super convenient when traveling.
Conveniently close to the airport. The drivers are great, I have a smooth process and ride every time. I like that I was able to exit and re-enter without canceling my booking or having to rebook tge reservation. The ability to do so came in handy when I missed my flight and had to catch a later one. I didn't have to sit in the Airport for 6hrs. The mobile check-in/ out process is so easy. I never worry about my vehicle when I fly now.

I have been using The Parking Spot for a few years now-first in the Phoenix, AZ area. It was my first time using the location in Atalnta; I was not disappointed. There was little wait time for when I parked my vehicle and the shuttle arrived. Also the driver was very friendly and engaging.
My return-trip was the same. The driver was different, but still professional and engaging. IT was a great experience. I will be using them again!
