I had a great experience with The Parking Spot in Orlando, Florida. The shuttle service was quick and efficient, and the drivers were friendly and helpful with luggage. Check-in and pick-up were smooth, making the whole process stress-free. The facility felt secure and well organized, which gave me peace of mind while traveling. I would definitely use The Parking Spot again and recommend it to anyone flying out of Orland.

We were provided wonderful service by our driver Byron who helped us when our car would not start in the sub zero weather. His shift was over but he stayed on and made sure that we were good to go after many attempts at getting our battery charged. He brought us the necessary tools to charge the battery and spent at least 30 minutes helping us. He is a valuable employee and we most appreciated him!

It is a nice facility. Great drivers. Most very friendly. We park there a lot.
One comment I do have is that the prices seem to change pretty regularly, so I never really know if I got the best price for my stay. For example, in November I parked and it was over $18 per day but in January I have a spot reserved and it's $12 something a day. A little annoying to me.

Both drivers we had were awesome. Helped us with our luggage and were right there at our car to pick us up or drop us off. The van showed up right away when we got to the island to get a ride to our car.
