The reliability of the team at Parking Spot 1 is paramount. Regardless of the time of day or night I a confident that a team member is going to be present upon arriving at the airport and/or at the facility for pick-up. After a long and street work day I am pleased to have a caring person there waiting with a smile opposed to having to call to ask for a ride.
Austin Parking Spot West has the most friendly and helpful employees. They are always pleasant.
However, It is treacherous moving over 3 lanes of traffic within a half mile getting off of 183N onto 71E to turn into the Parking Spot with cars driving at 70MPH plus. I wish they had another entrance we could take if we are unable to move over in time.
