Bus driver and person at the check out are friendly and helpful, bus comes in a timely manner. Giving cold water when exiting is really nice and so helpful with our high TX temperatures.
Shuttle driver was nice. There was no one in the booth when i left and for someone who is not adept at technology (QR code usage), I was a little concerned but made it out.
