I was pleased that when we checked in, a representative came out and directed us to the covered parking. We had not used Park 'n' Fly for years and my earlier recollection was that the cars were left out in the open. Also, it was very nice to have the shuttle driver pick up up promptly. I was pleased to have the car clean and safely stowed away while we traveled. I wish the signage to exit could be more clear and that I needed the "QR" Code to exit. It was a bit of a scare as I packed the paperwork in the suitcase. Thank you.
Clean shuttles tjay are easy to spot with friendly dtivers that are ready and willing to help with luggage. Good sales on pay ahead resetvations.

Elite customer service! I was greeted upon arrival and instructed where to park. Before I could exit my vehicle the shuttle was there to pick me up. Upon arrival it took me 5 minutes to get back to my truck! Excellent!!
What I like is being picked up and delivered to our car and help with the suitcases. But for the first time, this time, pick up at airport was slower than usual and driver did not help get bags into car.
Staff are great, never have to wait too long for a shuttle bus.
