Shuttles are frequent (this is VERY important) and the drivers are very helpful ! Several parking spot locations to chose from at ATL and this is helpful. Easy to make a reservation and to check-in, park and exit.

The gentleman took me back to my car so I could get my phone and my keys before my flight I'm sorry I didn't get his name but it was early in the morning on April 25th..

Easy to make reservations. Once we arrived, the shuttle driver followed us to our spot and helped load our luggage. When we returned to SFO I used the app to see where the shuttle was located. Luckily it was at our terminal and we ran to catch it. Again driver helped us load our luggage. Dropped us off at our parking spot and we were able to get on our way home quickly.
