Very friendly staff from the time we arrived to time we exited. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful, the young lady who picked us up at airport when returning was on point, there was a large amount of people waiting to be picked up, around 10:40 ish pm. She got us all on, plus she did let us know another shuttle was about a minute behind her. Will definitely use TPS on all future travels.

parking lot pick up is un-predictable. Van drivers are very courteous but pick up in the premium lot timing is not predictable when you can see vans in the lot driving to the back.
APP is easy to use. The service is excellent. Glad you were there to service us when the flight was delayed and we got in at 3:00am
The staff. I wasn't sure if was at the correct location and when I stopped at the gate to ask, the attendant was awesome. She stopped to look at my reservation, assured me I was at the correct location, guided me to the uncovered area as I was on thr covered side.
I appreciate her customer CARE, there's a difference between CARE and service.
