The ease of making a reservation and checking upon arrival. Only downfall lately is the shuttle has not stopped to pick me up the last two times. They get to the row before my parking spot and never come down the row. Shuttle was almost empty both times.

I’ve used The Parking Spot at DFW and Love Field and I’ve had great experiences every time. It’s secure, quick and so convenient. You pull in, park, the shuttle picks you up from your parking spot and handles your bags for you and you’re off. I’ll always use The Parking Spot.
Have only ever used uncovered valet parking. Normally drop off, shuttle to terminal and return trip and pick up of the readied car are super-convenient. Drivers are always pleasant and helpful. This last time, drop off line was backed all the way to the street and we worried about missing our flight. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or recent heavy snows reducing available parking space. We made our flight but the drop off was disorganized
I just parked at the Spot 1 at Houston IAH on Will Clayton for the 2nd time. Driving myself and parking close to the airport with a shuttle that picks me up and drops me off at my car is my new method of transportation to/from the airport. For the last 9 years, I have taken Ubers, which can be very convenient for pick up to IAH, but it is a completely different story on the return to IAH. The WIFI service at the Houston terminals is terrible and the airport is not set up to make rideshare easy or efficient. The cost of rideshares has gone up dramatically over the years and the cost for my roundtrip is well over $100. I'm finding that parking at the Spot is much less expensive and very convenient. I highly recommend driving yourself and parking at the Spot!

It’s easy to find your parking spot and you never have to wait for a shuttle to take you to the airport. Shuttles are almost always available when you land too. One was just pulling out last time I landed and I waved for the driver to stop and she did. Was very impressed. I. Also like that they have discounts quite frequently. Who doesn’t love a sale!
Easy to access and shuttle to and from airport. I like the fact that our vehicle was secure and in a covered spot while we were on vacation. Prices were good too.

Your staff creates a sense of "family" for the traveler either leaving or returning from a trip. I have been a Parking Spot customer at the Charlotte Airport for years. Your caring attention to customer needs--from help with luggage to providing Deer Park water as I leave--makes me feel cared about. I have recommended you for years, and I would recommend no other similar service! You care!!!

The buses come to pick you up at your car very quickly. The staff are incredibly friendly. I was also very impressed by the drivers on my shuttle both to and from the airport. They helped everyone with their bags, asked if the temperature of the bus was okay or if it needed to be changed and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. It's a door-to-door service that is well worth the price!
