Ease of access and automated system. Entry personnel could be more helpful. I walked away from my parking spot because no one came to pick us up. I didn’t know that I was supposed to stay by my vehicle. That could have been communicated upon entry.

Great for domestic, too far for international. I also wish you would rename FLY and PLUS to 3 and 4. It would be much clearer to people who don’t know about your merger history.
