The service is convenient and close to LAX. The pricing is a bit high but the alternative is worse. I am looking forward to the new monorail system to open then I can be dropped off. But to your point the buses are great and I have had many good drivers who are helpful with luggage over the years.

Using The Parking Spot was so easy! We were picked up at our car and taken straight to the airport. On the return trip, we only spent a few minutes waiting before the shuttle came, and we were driven right back to our car. Our driver even got out in the rain and unloaded our things so I wouldn't have to carry it all. The staff was friendly and helpful, and all we really had to do was show up with our reservation info. 10/10 will use The Parking Spot 2 again.
