Easy to find and very nice and helpfull drivers.
Easy to find and access parking lot. Not a far drive from domestic airport (have not yet tried it for International airport). Fast bus pickup and delivery right to and from our parking space. Very helpful and friendly bus drivers. Free bottled water available. Cost as quoted in reservation. I will definitely consider using The Parking Spot 2 again for future air travel. - Audrey

I used The Parking for overnight parking for a few days while traveling and had a really great experience. I chose the self-parking option, and everything was super easy. The shuttle pickup and drop-off were quick, smooth, and stress-free.
When I got back to my SUV, I noticed plastic taped over my driver’s side window, and my heart dropped for a second because I thought someone had broken into my car. 😅 The shuttle driver quickly reassured me that it wasn’t the case; apparently, I had accidentally left my window open, and the staff covered it with plastic and taped it up to protect the inside of my vehicle from the snow.
That was such a thoughtful thing to do. They didn’t have to go out of their way like that, but they did, and I really appreciated it.
Great service, kind staff, and clearly a team that looks out for their customers. I’ll definitely be using The Parking again.
