The price for covered parking is significantly less than the garages at DIA. This mostly offsets the need to take a shuttle bus ride. It also appears that Parking Spot West covered parking lot is more secure than the equivalent DIA lots where there has been a history of auto thefts and vandalism (though it is improving). I suffered one incident myself. I think my car is more secure at the Parking Spot West.

This had to be the best off-site parking experience that I had in a long time. It was easy to locate the lot, parking availability was great and the team members who transported us to and from the airport exhibited above-average customer service all around - the prices were great because they were running a promo so I will definitely consider parking here with all my future travel and will be referring my clients here as well.

I found there was easy access to the Parking Spot, a parking spot for my car was easily found. My car stayed safe until my return. The shuttle was also very dependable!

The service is prompt at Parking Spot 1 and usually prompt at the airport domestic terminal.
Drivers are always courteous and helpful!!!!!
With AAA discount prices are reasonable.
Making reservations is easier with experience.
Overall, very positive experience.
Only complaint, which parking Spot cannot do anything about, is that it's a hike to get from the terminal to the pickup point, which is dictated by the airport.
