Fair prices, no wait for airport lift, after two weeks car was clean
I love everything but one...... the suspension on your vans is horrible on a passenger's back.
The employees are always very nice and helpeful. Vans are always timely. Greatly appreciated!
Shuttle was on time as soon as I parked to get me to my terminal on time.
Drivers are polite and professional, location and ease of getting to the airport.
Easy
It is simple and easy to use.
It's easy to reserve a spot, and the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. I always choose the Parking Spot for parking at SFO and OAK.
Lloyd was the man! He was super nice and helpful.
Promptness of the shuttle. Drivers are very helpful.
Your drivers are so nice and helpful!
I like the convenience
Ease of the whole process. Kind drivers.
Fast, friendly service.
I like how you offer discounts also
Very efficient to and from the airport. Friendly staff
the car wash element was nice
Convenient, reasonably priced, airport shuttle, close proximity to the airport.
This was our first time using the parking spot. It was an awesome experience from the time we were picked up till the time we were picked back up from the airport. I would highly recommend it, and we will definitely use them again.
Had to wait in line for about 15 minutes because the scan wouldn’t work to leave. ????
We think Parking Spot is Great! This recent experience, however, was a bit different. Our driver was not friendly, and was not very helpful with our luggage. He appeared to have limited mobility and very slight strength. That would have been okay if he was at least friendly.
I’m a repeat client, easy in, easy out. Price is right and never have to wait,
Friendly!
I appreciate the kindness of your employees and how efficient your system is.
Very quick pickup before and after my flight to and from my car.
Ease of use, friendly drivers.
