convenient and reasonable pricing.
I have used the parking spot in Los Angeles for 20years and have been very satisfied. Thank you
Ease of making a reservation in the app, shuttle service, customer service when there is an issue.
Friendly staff, easy to book, multiple pride options, fast service.
Right on time every time!
usually picks us up promptly. helps with bags. is there to pick up even if it's late at night.
The parking Apot East is very easy to make reservations at, easy to find, and a close enough location to the airport yet far enough away to avoid the airport traffic.
Great place to park away from the airport the shuttle drives are a little rough though.
It was easy and convenient to the airport.
All of your services are excellent so far this fall.
On time and very convenient

Very professional!
Location and timely service.
I like how easy it is to drive in show your code and they tell you the best place to park on the lot. And very quickly the bus is there to pick you up and help you load you and your luggage onto the bus and deliver you to the airport.
I like the fact that your facilities are close yo the airport and your system of pickup and return to and from airport works as intended. Drivers are professional and help as needed.
Your trucks could use a little TLC specially cleaning inside, other than that everything works, so i use it frequently.
easy, car was safe, shuttle was there right away for pick up. Coming back however, it would be helpful to have signs that point around the side of the building to be picked up for return. Took me a while to understand what sign was there
We like everything. Pick up and drop off. The courtesy of the drivers. And although the prices have increased, not surprised. Everything costs more. Good job. Dont get rid of the spots.
Great service and no waiting.
The service and shuttle that the Spot provides. 99% of the drivers are very helpful with luggage etc.
