Convenience , cost and efficiency!

It always have enough shuttle to carry me from KIAH or arrival at KIAH.
This is very important to me since I dont want to wait for the shuttle for too long. But Parking sport always do great job. Also I like their APPS, you can see the bus location from your locations.

We arrived at PS2 around midnight on 11 May. Our hybrid car battery had discharged and we couldn't get into the vehicle to reset the battery. The late-night staff helped us get a service truck in to open the door and get us on our way. Took a few hours. We appreciate help from the staff.

It was so easy, and the bus drivers were so helpful.

4 day stay was cheaper than a one way uber ride. Pick up and drop off at your car is very what I really like.

Friendly and helpful drivers

Very helpful and courteous staff. Our car had no gas after we had been gone three weeks (husband was in such a hurry to get on the bus when he first arrived that he had forgotten to turn car off). Staff solved the issue by going to the nearest gas station and purchasing gas for us. They were very kind.

I have used the Parking Spot for years and never had a bad experience until recently. One of the drivers was extremely rude to my family. They left without explanation while we were unloading our car and it was raining. Then when they came back the driver stated “ are you ready now?” Causing us to rush and he barely helped with bags- my dad has a cane and loading our bags was hard for him. Rushing us made me forget to close my hatchback and when the driver closed it he acted like I should have been more thankful when it was his actions that caused me to forget in the first place. I did call and make a complaint but due time time changes wasn’t able to respond to the call. The person on the phone was very apologetic and I will continue to use the parking spot especially based on their response.
