The convenience and they are there 24/7. My flight was delayed, got back in St Louis at 3:30 in the morning and you can give them a call and they are right there.

I like the Cleveland lot. It is clean, recently paved, and painted. The buses are clean and pretty comfortable. Pickup and drop-off runs are regular and very, very rarely delayed.
Couple things: the bus seems to pull down the aisle sometimes too close to allow enough room to park--and yes, it takes me a little longer backing in and making sure I'm between the lines. Also, want to encourage you to consider reinstating AARP discounts.
The Parking Spot is the most reliable part of travel, every time. We know we can count on the shuttles arriving/dropping off in a timely way, no matter the hour, and that our car is always secure. We won't use any other service!
