Always use this Love field location to pretend my vehicle while I travel. Being handicapped as I am getting older, it is always great to receive help from the bus drivers. They always ask first if they can help me with my bags and I find they are very courteous and polite. Of course I always tip them for their kindness.

Easy to book, park, ride, return, and scan to pay. The QR Codes posted inside the shuttle makes it very convenient to tip our driver. Every driver I have had has been extremely nice and I've had the best convos. They all carry my luggage for me which is such an unexpected wonderful gesture. Lastly I'm always grateful for the cold water offered inside the coolers at the exit.

Great location and service
You are convenient to the airport. Most of the time there are shuttles on the lot ready to pick you up, and you rarely have to wait long for a shuttle at the terminal.
Loved that a new driver was being "trained." He was very proactive and quick to assist me and other guests with our luggage even though he was "shadowing." Ironically, his trainer isn't one that typically assists guests with luggage. Truth be told, she previously wasn't asked to assist training new hires due to a number of justifiable reasons. Desperate times call for desperate measures I suppose. Hopefully, the new driver sticks around as he will only strengthen the team.

Very easy to navigate reserving a spot online. Very easy to get in and out of parking lot. The shuttle pick up is also very smooth and quick.
I like the convenience of the location to the airport. Shuttle service has become quicker for pick up in the lot and at the airport. I park at Parking Spot 3 every week. Service was becoming lack with standing and waiting for shuttles, but that has improved.
