Your service was FIVE STAR all the way! The shuttle pick up was practically immediate- exactly where you said you would be; the driver friendly and helpful, and my car a perfect temperature r ready and waiting. (The windows were slighly open as the car must have been a bit hot due to the morning sun. Also- I had to extend my time away due to airline hassles

I like how one can book on line, how there is a van and person ready to carry the luggage, and how easy it is when one returns to call, and be picked up, again, with the person putting in the waiting car.
Simplicity of operation. Easy to check in, get picked up for transport to the airport. Easy to get picked up at airport upon arrival, dropped off at vehicle in parking lot and easy checkout. Cold water is a plus!
