The pick ups and drop offs
It's easy to make a reservation online. My only concern is that i paid for premium parking and when I arrive at 4:30 am I didn't know where premium parking was. The garage was really full and I had to drive until i found a spot. So not sure if i would pay for premium parking again due to the fact that I didn't know where premium parking was. The drivers were extremely nice and helpful with our luggage. We didn't have to wait long to get on a bus to go to the airport and returning back to the garage.
Great parking place. The staff are wonderful and kind. Very prompt shuttle that knows when you are picking up luggage ( via their app they locate you and tell you which door to meet the shuttle at)

The lot is easy to find, well-lit, well-signed and the employees I have encountered have been super helpful. The shuttles really do run every 2-3 minutes and are clean, safe and comfortable. Prices are always competitive.

Convenience 24/7, it is close to home, and everyone I have ever encountered there is genuinely nice.
I appreciate the seasonal discounts and how well and often the shuttles run. I don't have to wait for more than 10-15 minutes. Those are the two main reasons, I keep coming back.
