Great location. Did not have to wait long for bus pickup. Parking spots are large. The valet service is very convenient.

Prompt service and professionalism.

This time I found the shuttle wait times a little long. I observed that SFO Park (green vans) and Anza had more frequent shuttles for the return leg of the trip.

All the driver’s are so friendly & nice. They always great you & smile 😃

Service was efficient and site staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the most convenient way to leave my car. And when I returned, less than 10 minutes until the shuttle picked me up
It doesn’t get any better than that.

I use Parking Spot exclusively at BWI Airport - they are professional, on-time, provide courteous service and have assisted me when my battery died. Highly recommend!

Clean. You keep your promises. Drivers are very nice.

I parked here for two days during my trip to New York and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail—even when I was leaving, they offered me a bottle of water for the road. It was a small gesture, but it really showed how much they care about their customers.

Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall. I’ll definitely use this parking facility again for my future trips!
