Pickup and drop off are quick. Gave my car a jump last time because I left the lights on.
Location and price. But I have 3 parking lots to choose from. On my next reservation, the JFK location is $4.00 more expensive than the other parking place, so I chose the other location .

It's convenient and the covered option is nice. We never have to wait for a bus to pick us up long. It would be nice if it was a little less expensive, but there are always discount offers available.
